I started baking my own bread a couple of years ago.
I do have a bread-maker where I simply throw in the pre-mixed mixture and press the button.
That´s very handy to know that you´ll get a warm, crispy bread in about two hours time.
But I´ve gone back to hand-making my bread. I do have a couple of simple recipies which I vary from time to time.
I´ve just taken a beer-bread out of the oven, made from wholemeal-flour and added some spices.
Yuuuuuummmmm!
I know I shouldn´t eat that many carbon-hydrates at night. But I´ll need fuel for my long run scheduled for tomorrow.
