Demnach hatte ich heute eine äußerst intensive Gottesbeziehung.

Vielleicht sollte ich morgen statt im Talar in der Kochschürze auf die Kanzel.

We all know these TV-cooking-shows.
A cook, nowadays sometimes a star him-/herself, produces some yummy food and talks and entertains while doing it.
Well, I went to a cooking class with one of NZs most famous TV cooks, Jo Seager.
It was a present for a friend of mine and of course I went with her.
And guys, I tell, you, it was heeps of fun.
We arrived at 10 for morning tea (there is always morning tea in NZ) with a yummy cake.
Jo is the most entertaining, warmhearted and funny person you can immagine. She is so natural, so „herself“ you wouldn´t believe she is a real star in NZ.
Well after morning tea we all put our aprons on (which we could take with us in the end of the day) and off we went into the kitchen.
Jo cooked, we watched her, like in a real TV show. And she explained and showed us many helpful little knacks and trick about cooking. Even my friend Judy who is a veeeeery goood and experienced cook said, she has learned a lot from her. And mind you- it was a level 1 class.
Well- we spent almos three hours watching, listening, laughing ( Jo is very entertaining and funny) and getting more and more hungry. Because there was no trying and nibbeling in between.
But after Jo has showed us all the recipes we gathered for lunch (at around 2 pm) and had a wonderful (do I have to mention this????) lunch with Jo.
At about 4 pm my friend and I left and drove (rather swam because many streets were flooded) home.
And went out to a chinese restaurant for dinner with friends.
Also yummy- but I think I won´t eat much today.
